Amazon Web Services offers services that you can use to create chat bots that work with both text and voice, as well as system for interacting with your users over the phone that can be created in the cloud in minutes with no code at all!

All of this runs using the same technology that powers Amazon Alexa enabled devices, and now you can incorporate it for your users. In this session Brian Farnhill will give you a high level run through of how you can use these services, and also touch on how you can create a basic Alexa skill using skill blueprints to get you moving quickly with no code.
