Promote your Presence
Video Opportunity
Gold and Silver sponsors may include a 30-sec clip (45 secs for Gold) in the overall event video that will be played before the Keynotes and in between sessions.
Leverage this opportunity to provide further visibility to delegates by creating a video.
Essentially, this will be a series of 30-second silent adverts that promote or illustrate your company and/or products in some way.
Guidelines:
- It’s a silent film. Just like Charlie Chaplin, you have to tell your story through images and text only! Please do not include any audio tracks as they will be removed from the compiled sponsor video.
- Have one key message. Thirty seconds is the length of your average TV advert, so you only get a short time to get across your brand and value message. Also, like a TV advert, conference attendees will see the complete or parts of the video numerous times before and after sessions during the conference.
- Submit original content. We’d love content that you create especially for the conference, and you can also recycle content you've already published elsewhere, as long as you still own the copyright to it.
- Test on a projector screen. The experience on a monitor or laptop screen is very different to what conference attendees will see in the session rooms. In particular, if you decide to show screen shots or screen recordings, make sure they are at a scale that users can easily see what is going on to understand your value proposition.
- Submission Deadline. As we need to compile and distribute the completed sponsor video, the deadline for video submissions is 14 May. Please ensure any videos are submitted by this deadline or there may not be sufficient time to insert your video into our compilation.
- We have the final call. We reserve the right to remove any content or exclude any video we deem to be inappropriate for the conference, or a conflict of copyright.
Sponsor Video Submission
Please email your video or send us a link. If your video is too large (even when in a zip file) please email events@dwresults.com and we will arrange another method of delivery.

When do we get the list of attendees?
The list of attendees, along with a few graphs of the statistics on the event, and a list of all the companies that were represented, will be sent within a week of the Conference Closing. The actual email details are only provided of those people who did not OPT out of correspondence. This is to protect the privacy of those who register.
How do we register our sponsor passes - both for staff and customers?
We will email you the instructions with your specific Customer discount code.
For your staff sponsor registrations please use the discount code SPONSOR
Do we need to register our speakers?
No – once the speaker has been accepted to speak, the SPEAKER will receive an email directly asking them to register using discount code SPEAKER not SPONSOR.
How many people do you expect at the event?
Past Digital Workplace Conferences have had between 300-700 attendees. We are aiming for around 250 - 350 at the 2026 events.
Will Sponsors have WIRED internet connection at the booth?
No – The venue only provides Wireless Connection throughout the space.
What are your terms of payment?
Once you have sent your contract, you will receive an email confirming your booth placement and receive an invoice.
A 50% deposit of the sponsorship fee must be paid in full within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing, and the balance 60 days in advance of the event date.
As a sponsor can we get a speaking slot?
Speaker submissions are open to both staff of sponsoring and non-sponsoring companies. They are chosen on their speaking expertise, prior experience, and the relevance on content. It is not a given that, as a sponsor, we can guarantee a speaking slot. Speaker submissions for DWCAU2026 close February 6, 2026.
