Megan was a leader at Paradyne (acquired by Generation-e in late 2015), establishing and leading the Project and Change Management offering across the business and a key delivery lead for Office 365 engagements. After spending a number of years in this role, she spent 2017 as the Change Manager in a major Transformation Program implementing Dynamic 365. This year she has moved to Engage Squared, leading their Change and Adoption Practice focused on growing their team of Adoption Consultants and creative design for campaigns, learning and adoption of Office 365.
Megan’s studies in Psychology and HR helped establish her foundation and passion in behaviour change and adoption of technology, along with a solid foundation in Change Management. With all of this she drives success with projects across Office 365 and is always focused on user experience and journey through applications and implementations.
