Today Bryan’s focus is on supporting the supporters in organisations. The often much-maligned functions ranging from IT to procurement to HR to risk. He gets the best out of them by getting what is best for them. He helps create understanding of the value they can and soon will deliver.
Bryan is the author of “DECIDE: How to Manage the Risk in Your Decision Making”, published in November 2015 and “Persuasive Advising: How to Win People over in 15 Minutes” to be published in late 2017.
